Habits are simple but powerful. They are not only easy to implement, but also have the potential to change your life.

Habits are the things we do every day. They can be good or bad and they can help us be successful or hold us back. When it comes to habits, there is no magic bullet that will change your life overnight. It takes time, effort, and commitment to form new habits and break old ones.
Habits are powerful because they are automatic and unconscious. You don’t have to think about them, you just do them. Habits can be good or bad, but most of them fall into one of three categories:
1) Habits that make a money finance difference in your life (e.g., saving money and tracking consistently)
2) Habits that help you live longer (e.g., eat healthy foods most of the time)
3) Habits that improve your relationships (e.g., listen more than you talk)
