Cut potatoes lengthwise into strips then toss them in olive oil (or melted butter), salt and pepper before baking or roasting until crispy on all sides. Top with shredded cheese then broil

2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
