I’m sure you’ve heard the saying, “You have 24 hours in a day.” It’s true. You do. And yet so many people spend their time on things that don’t matter to them.
I know this because I used to be one of those people. For example, I’d spend my days working on projects that weren’t important to me. I’d spend my nights watching TV shows that didn’t inspire me. And I’d waste time on social media when I could have been spending time with friends and family instead.
You might be doing the same thing right now. But if so, it’s time for a change!

I’ve been trying to manifest something for the past year, but nothing has happened yet. I’ve tried all kinds of things — meditation, affirmations, visualizations, etc. — but still nothing has manifested yet.
Maybe it’s because I think about it too much and obsess over it too much. Maybe that’s why nothing has manifested for me yet: because I’m not practicing being present in the moment and enjoying what is right now.
So here’s what I’m going to do: I’m going to make a list of things that I want in my life that I want to manifest in 24 hours less than they normally would take (e.g., if something normally takes three months or three years to manifest … then do it in two months or two years).

The first thing to do is to actually write down your goals, dreams and wishes. When you’re writing down your goals, make sure you have enough time to do so. Don’t rush through it because then it won’t be as effective. The second thing is to put them in a place where you will see them every day. If you don’t see your goals every day, they will fade away and become forgotten dreams.
If you are having trouble manifesting something that you want, try manifesting it 24 hours less than what you think is possible. For example, if you want a new car in 3 months and it seems like too long of a wait time, try manifesting it in 2 months instead. This will give you more time to prepare for what’s ahead and help you get ready for when the universe gives you what you want!
We all have a dream, an idea that we want to manifest into reality.
But it’s not easy to make things happen in 24 hours. It takes time. And effort. And persistence.
So what can you do today? How can you take action on your dream without having to wait for years and years?
Here are some ideas:
1) Start by writing down what you want to manifest. Write down every detail of it — from how it will look, feel and smell to how much money it will make you, etc. This is important because when we write things down, our subconscious mind responds better (and faster) than if we simply think about them or talk about them with others.
2) Then ask yourself if there are any obstacles preventing you from getting what you want? If so, address each one individually and see if there’s anything that needs changing within yourself or others first before proceeding further with any manifestation techniques.
3) Next ask yourself if there are any other desires that are more important than the one you’re currently trying to manifest right now? If so, then focus on those first before attempting any manifestations again because they’ll give you more energy and

I was at a party the other night and a friend of mine asked me if I could manifest something for her. She wanted to get rid of her fear of flying.
