The first thing I want to talk about is what kind of journal you should use for this challenge. There are so many different types of journals out there, from ones that are spiral bound and have little pockets for each day’s entry, to journals with inspirational quotes on the cover. I’ve found that the most important thing about choosing a journal is that it fits with your personality and style. If you pick something too generic or boring, it will make it harder for you to keep up with your journaling every day because it won’t be as much fun!

Diary – A diary is a personal journal where each entry goes into detail about what happened on a given day, so it can be useful if you’re trying to work through something specific in your life right now. I personally didn’t find this type of journal helpful because my entries were just too long and detailed!

The idea behind this is that it’s easier to build new habits than it is to break old ones, so by building good habits around your goals, they will eventually become second nature to you.
When we think about manifesting our desires into reality, we often get stuck at the first step: the desire itself. We want something badly enough that we say “I want it!” But what if there was another step? What if we could take a few minutes each day to visualize ourselves having what we want? Wouldn’t it be easier then? Wouldn’t it be less likely for us to give up? Wouldn’t it be more likely for us to succeed?
Manifestation Journal Challenge is a process of journaling that helps you to discover your deepest desires and your true desires in life. It helps you to connect with your inner being, which is the main source of all our wants and desires.
The challenge gives you a space to be honest with yourself and write down what you really want in life. By doing this, you will start to see patterns in your life and how they relate to what you want.
This challenge is divided into three parts:
Part 1: You must write down 10 things that you have been wanting for at least five years. For example, if you have been wanting a dog since childhood, then write it down as one of the 10 things that you have wanted for at least five years. If you don’t know what 10 things fit this category in your life, then just make up any 10 items that make sense to you. Then write down why these items are so important to you; why they make up who you are as a person and why they belong in your life right now!
Part 2: You must write down 3 things that are currently happening in your life right now (that aren’t related to career or money). These could be anything like relationships or family

The Manifestation Journal Challenge is an amazing opportunity for you to discover the power of your thoughts and beliefs. But it’s not always easy to stay on track and keep motivated. If you’re struggling to stay focused or get things done, here are some tips that can help you get back on track:
- Make a daily list of what you have to do, in order of importance. Stick to it! Don’t let yourself be distracted by other things that may seem more appealing at the time – if you put off doing something important because it’s boring or uncomfortable, you’ll probably just end up doing nothing at all.
- Write down your goals and visualize them as already achieved. This will help you focus your energy on achieving them rather than resisting them (which will only make them harder).
- Give yourself rewards when you achieve something significant – even if it’s just a small thing like cleaning out one drawer or getting through one chapter of a book! It will help reinforce your belief in yourself and keep up momentum for bigger achievements down the line!
Keep a journal of your goals, dreams and aspirations. Write everything down and be specific with what you want. Make sure to include the date and time of when you wrote it down. The more detailed you are, the more effective this exercise will be.
Include your dreams, desires and hopes in your journal. What do you want to accomplish in life? What are your goals? What would make you happy?
Write down the things that make you happy every day. This will help bring more happiness into your life because it’s a reminder of all the good things in life that already exist.
Include as much detail as possible when writing about your goals and dreams. For example, instead of saying “I want to be rich”, write down exactly how rich do you want to be? Do you want $50K per year or $500K per year?
Keep your journal somewhere private where nobody will see it unless they’re looking for it specifically (e.g., lock box, safe). This way there’s no pressure from others who might discourage or question the purpose of keeping such a journal. It also helps keep it private if someone else wants to read what is written inside – they’ll have to work hard for it!
Be honest with yourself
A manifestation journal is a place to keep track of your goals, dreams and desires. It’s a place to write down wishes in hopes that they will come true. Some people even refer to it as a wish book or dream journal.
It’s good practice for when you don’t know what else to do, or when you need a boost of inspiration. Sometimes just writing down your thoughts can help you focus on what you want in life.
Here are some tips on how to make the most out of your manifestation journal:

3) It doesn’t matter what type of paper you use or how fancy it looks! Just make sure whatever form it takes, it will work for you!

Here are some additional suggestions that may help you with your manifestation journey:
1) Start off with a blank page or notebook every day. You can write in any format that works for you – bullet points, paragraphs, bulleted lists etc… Just keep it consistent every day so that you are always starting from scratch each morning (i.e., not including anything from previous days). This will help keep things fresh and exciting!
2) Write down only one desire per page, but don’t limit yourself to just one page! Feel free to use as many pages as necessary until your heart is content. That way, if something comes up that wasn’t initially on your mind (but later becomes important), there is room for

The Manifestation Journal Challenge is a 30-day journaling challenge to help you understand the power of your thoughts and emotions on your life. The goal is to learn how to use your mind in a way that allows it to work for you instead of against you. It’s about learning how to shift your mindset so that you can achieve your goals faster, easier and with less effort.
The challenge starts on January 1st, but you can start anytime after that. Just make sure you’re doing it daily from January 1st through February 28th (or whenever you finish).
You can do this challenge in whatever medium works best for you. You can use a notebook or journal, an online app like Evernote or Google Docs, or even just use pen and paper if that’s what makes sense for you right now.
Are you ready to start a manifestation journal?
I have been doing this for several months now, and I would like to share with you some tips and ideas that have helped me along the way.
Start by writing down your goals and desires. This can be anything from “I want to buy a new car” or “I want to start my own business” or even “I want to be happy.” The key here is that you need to be specific in what you want.
Once you have written down your goal or desires, think about what steps you will need to take in order for it to happen. In other words, don’t just say “I want a million dollars,” because that doesn’t tell me anything about how you’re going about getting it. But if I say: “I will earn $50 000 per year through my part-time job at Starbucks by working 40 hours per week,” then that gives me a much better idea of what steps are involved in making that happen.
You can use the manifestation journal challenge to get clear on what you want, but not just that. You can also use it as a way to get clear on what you don’t want.
For example, if you’re struggling with weight issues and have tried many different diets and exercise plans over the years that haven’t worked, then it’s time to look at what hasn’t worked. What has your diet been like? Are there any foods you eat regularly that make you feel worse? Do any of the diets or exercise plans seem to work for a while but then stop working after a few weeks? Are there any activities (like watching TV) that seem to lead directly to overeating? In other words, try to identify your triggers for overeating and then write about how those situations make you feel (angry, sad etc.).
Once you have identified your triggers for overeating, then start writing about how those situations would look when they were no longer triggers for overeating. For example, instead of feeling sad when watching TV alone at night because my husband is away on business trips so often these days (trigger), I will feel happy when watching an episode of my favorite new sitcom with him while we snuggle on the couch (desire).
