Positive thinking improves health by lowering stress levels and boosting the immune system — making you happier all around!
Setting a goal is the first step to achieving it, but it’s not enough to just set goals. You also need to establish a plan for how you’ll achieve your goal and then take action on that plan.
The key to success is to set realistic and measurable goals, break them down into small actions, and then take those actions consistently over time. You don’t need to do everything perfectly from the beginning — just start doing something and keep at it!

Eat healthy food – Eating healthy foods not only helps your body stay strong but also boosts your mood because they contain beneficial nutrients like vitamins and minerals that are important for brain health.
If you want to create an epic life, you have to make a commitment.
That commitment is to your own happiness and success.
If you don’t make this commitment, then you’re going to keep doing what everyone else does — which is work really hard, earn a lot of money, but not really be happy with your life.
The problem with most people today is that they’re just working for money. So when they get their paycheck at the end of the month and see how much they’ve earned, they think that’s success. But when they finally retire at 65 or 70 years old, if they live long enough, they realize that was not what they wanted out of life; that wasn’t what their parents wanted either — all they wanted was a good retirement fund and some free time to spend with their grandchildren.
To me, that’s not really living; it’s just existing until you die. And that’s not what I want for myself or for anyone else!
I’ve learned that when you create a habit and stick to it long enough, it will become a part of who you are. The following list of positive habits is my own, but I encourage you to make your own list and share it with me.
Here are the things that I do every day:
I eat breakfast every morning. It sounds simple, but it’s one of the best things I can do for my health and productivity. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper.
I exercise at least three times per week. Exercise not only helps me stay in shape and maintain my weight, but also improves my mood and mental health. My favorite form of exercise is running because it keeps me in shape without having to go to the gym or spend money on equipment.
I read at least 30 pages of nonfiction every day (or listen to audiobooks). Reading is one of the best ways to learn new skills as well as gain knowledge about different topics that interest us. It also helps us think more clearly by making connections between ideas and learning new ones while developing our vocabulary through exposure to new words!

Create a list of all of the things that are stopping you from achieving your goals. Then write down how you can overcome these obstacles. For example, if one of your goals is to eat healthier but junk food temptations are always pulling you away from your goal, write down strategies such as avoiding grocery stores and stocking up your kitchen with healthy snacks so that it’s harder to grab unhealthy foods on a whim
Once you know what needs improvement and how to adjust your environment so that it supports those changes, make plans for how often you will practice the new habits and when they need to happen so that they become routine behaviors
