- Basic Banana Bread Recipe: Banana bread is one of those foods that people always say “Oh! You should try my recipe!” but when you actually do try their recipe, it never looks like the picture on the box or tastes as good as you’d hoped because they add too many other ingredients (nuts, chocolate chips) that throw off the balance of flavors (too much sweetness)
4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup olive oil (or more)
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions: In a large bowl, toss the chicken with flour. In a shallow dish, beat the eggs together with 1 tablespoon water. Place the panko bread crumbs in another shallow dish. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture then dredge in the panko bread crumbs to coat evenly on both sides; set aside on a plate. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until hot but not smoking; add garlic and cook until fragrant about 30 seconds; add chicken and cook 4 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through; remove from heat and keep warm. Drain pan juices leaving 2 tablespoons behind; pour juice back into pan along with lemon juice zest and parsley; simmer for about 2 minutes then pour over cooked chicken pieces before serving.

As a beginner, you need to start with simple recipes. To get started, try this easy recipe for baked chicken breasts. You will need:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs beaten with 2 tbsp water or milk (optional)

- In another small bowl, pour flour into a shallow dish then whisk in egg mixture if using one (or more if not using one). Dredge each breast through flour mixture then back through egg mixture if using one

To make bread, you first mix all the ingredients together into a big dough ball then let it sit for about an hour or two. You can use any type of flour you want (wheat, spelt) and any type of water (tap water, spring water, filtered). You can also add other ingredients like salt or sugar if you want but they aren’t necessary.
After your dough has sat for enough time, you’ll need to knead it by hand until it becomes elastic and smooth (this takes about 10 minutes). Then you let it sit again while you prepare your baking tray with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
Once your oven is ready, take out your dough ball and shape it into a loaf shape on your baking tray then bake it for 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Then take out the loaf from the oven, let it cool off then slice into pieces and enjoy!
